Payment Policy
No deposit is required to secure your reservation but we do require your credit card details. Your credit card details are held on file to confirm your booking. Payment will be taken upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled within 7 days of arrival date or no-show a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Child Policy
Sorry we can not cater for children under 16 years of age.

Check-in Policy
As we have Hanmer's latest checkout time of 12 noon we are unable to offer early check-in as we require time to service the guest rooms
Check in is FROM 2PM until 9PM. Late arrivals are by arrangement only and may incur a 'office opening fee' of NZ$30.
