Payment Policy
No deposit is required to secure your reservation but we do require your credit card details. Your credit card details are held on file to confirm your booking. Payment will be withdrawn no later than 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled within 7 days of arrival date or no-show a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Child Policy
Sorry we can not cater for children under 16 years of age.

Check-in Policy

Check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 10 AM

As we have one of Hanmer's latest checkout times of 10am, we are unable to guarantee early check in times as we require time to service the guest rooms.

Check-in starts at 3pm.
